When you receive your Sorena Laurentz items, we ask that you handle them with reasonable care. This means trying them on a clean, closed, and preferably carpeted surface to ensure they fit properly. By "reasonable care," we mean that the items have not been damaged, washed, altered, or excessively worn. We cannot exchange or refund items that have not been treated with reasonable care.

If the Sorena Laurentz product you ordered doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we’ll exchange it free of charge, ensuring you always feel confident in your purchase. Please note that an exchange can only be made if you provide a valid proof of purchase. The items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging, along with the completed return form.

Additionally, we only accept exchange requests or returns from customers who purchased their Sorena Laurentz items on this website (SorenaLaurentz.com). We cannot offer an exchange or refund for products not purchased directly from us. Please return those items to the original place of purchase unless they were bought directly from our website.

Du har ret til at returnere varen inden for 14 dage efter modtagelsen af pakken. Efter denne periode er returneringer ikke længere mulige. I tilfælde af en returnering, vil returudgifter på 111 DKK blive opkrævet, som vi vil fratrække det beløb, der skal refunderes. Dette gebyr dækker kun de direkte omkostninger ved returneringen og er i overensstemmelse med dansk forbrugerbeskyttelseslovgivning.

Vi vil refundere det resterende købsbeløb, efter at have fratrukket returudgifterne på 111 DKK og eksklusive eventuelle leveringsomkostninger eller ekstra udgifter som følge af en dyrere forsendelsesmetode, du har valgt, inden for 14 dage efter at have kontrolleret de returnerede varer.

Refund Policy Based on Payment Method

If you return your Sorena Laurentz order, a refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the returned item, depending on the payment method used. For orders placed with PayPal or a credit card, the refund will be issued directly to your respective PayPal account or credit card.

Exchange & Return - Step by Step

2. Complete the form and use the provided shipping label. Please ensure that you return the items in their original packaging with the shipping label attached, as mentioned above.
3. If you are exchanging an item, you will receive the replacement within a week. If you are requesting a refund, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.
